The announcer will announce out of the catalog:			Name of sale horse, age, registry/breed,
			price if listed, and who to contact (example:
			the name of owner or ranch and the name of the city)
THIS WILL LEAVE ABOUT 1½ MINUTES OF ADDITIONAL VERBAGE TO BE ANNOUNCED ABOUT YOUR
SALE HORSE.  YOU'LL WANT TO TOUCH ON THE "HIGHLIGHTS" - THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEMS ABOUT YOUR
HORSE.  THE PUBLIC WILL GET A COPY OF THE SALE HORSE CATALOG AND WILL BE ABLE TO READ YOUR
HORSE'S CATALOG WRITE-UP.    IF YOUR CATALOG WRITE-UP IS ALREADY SHORT AND SWEET AND DOES NOT
NEED TO BE "SHORTENED" IN ORDER TO MEET THE OVERALL TWO MINUTE TIME LIMIT, JUST INDICATE BELOW
"NO CHANGES REQUIRED" AND THE ANNOUNCER WILL READ YOUR CATALOG WRITE-UP.

We are hoping to have the Sale Horse Presentation in the large outdoor arena with the announcer's booth in the corner
(weather permitting --- if we do not have good weather, then the presentation will take place in the smaller outdoor arena).
The Sale Horse Presentation will start at 9:30 a.m., one sale horse at a time, in the order that the entries were received
which will also be the order that the sale horses are entered into the catalog.
